Most Common Questions

  • Our workshops are designed for Pilates students and enthusiasts of all experience levels. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, each workshop offers practical insights and techniques to help you deepen your understanding and get more out of your practice.

  • Each workshop is an interactive learning experience focused on a specific topic related to Pilates, movement, or overall wellness. You'll gain hands-on knowledge, ask questions, and leave with practical tools you can immediately apply to your Pilates practice and everyday life.

  • Our workshops are designed to help you move beyond the exercises and truly embody the Pilates method. By exploring topics in greater depth, you'll build confidence, improve body awareness, refine your technique, and experience the lasting benefits of a more intentional and informed practice.

  • Payment for workshops must be purchased in full in order to secure your spot. We do partial payment options for some workshops. Please email us at info@canvaspilates.com to set that up. If Canvas Pilates cancels a workshop due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, any payments received will be refunded in full.

“Private sessions with Marcia of Canvas Pilates is one of the best health investments I’ve ever made. I feel stronger now in my mid-60s than I have in years.
Marcia is a true professional. She has a lovely manner which makes you feel comfortable and capable, at the same time inspiring the mind and heart to reach for more. Your core will thank you.”
