For Pilates teachers and apprentices who are looking for thoughtful support, guidance, and encouragement as they build confidence in the teacher’s seat.
Mentorship is a space to ask questions, refine your eye, deepen your understanding, and receive individualized feedback as you continue to grow. Depending on your needs, our work together may focus on cueing, teaching flow, programming, modifications, client support, movement observation, or navigating the questions that come up in real teaching.
Our work together may include:
• Weekly meetings via Zoom or in person
• Weekly homework based on your specific goals
• Support with cueing, programming, and teaching flow
• Case study conversation around client scenarios, modifications, and confidence-building
• Observation and feedback on teaching
• Exploration of anatomy, movement patterns, and exercise choices
• Support with confidence, boundaries, and professional growth
Pricing:
4 Weeks: $550+ GST
6 Weeks: $825 + GST
Mentorship begins with an inquiry so I can learn more about where you are in your teaching journey and what kind of support you are looking for. From there, we can decide whether mentorship is the right fit and what structure would serve you best.
