Workshop overview
In this 3-hour in-person workshop, we will delve into a brief history of Pilates to offer context for the development of the Pilates method. Then we will explore the framework of Pilates via discussions on proper techniques and decisive concepts. Finally, we will analyze how the core concepts of Pilates can be adapted to and benefit a yoga practice. This workshop consists of both lecture and practice, both on the mat and on the Reformer.
